Ross Hostetter is an attorney, mediator, leadership coach, and integral thinker with more than three decades of experience helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity, conflict, and transformation. After conducting more than 4,000 mediations and training leaders across the legal profession, his work has increasingly focused on the intersection of personal development, cultural evolution, regenerative systems, and conscious leadership. He is a longtime contributor to the Integral community and brings a rare combination of practical wisdom, philosophical depth, and real-world experience.

In this conversation, Ross explores what it means to grow beyond polarized thinking and how profound transformation often emerges through life’s most challenging dilemmas. Together we examine the deeper capacities needed to co-create a regenerative future, the role of consciousness in navigating complexity, and why the evolution of our inner world is inseparable from the evolution of our institutions and culture.
