Darrell Gooden, Ph.D., is an organizational transformation strategist, Spiral Dynamics Integral expert, and certified Adizes Associate with more than 20 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, knowledge engineering, strategic communications, and continuous improvement. Since beginning his work with Dr. Don Beck and the Spiral Dynamics Group in 1998, he has advised executives, entrepreneurs, and public-sector leaders on cultural change, organizational effectiveness, and complex systems transformation.

Dr. Gooden teaches the Spiral Dynamics Integral Cultural Change Management course at the Adizes Graduate School and serves as Industry Liaison for Engineering, Energy, Environment, and Utilities at the Ventura County Office of Education. He continues to provide consulting, coaching, and training through the Spiral Dynamics Group and the Adizes Institute, presenting internationally on leadership, innovation, organizational change, and technology incubation. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Transformation from the Adizes Graduate School, an M.S. in Technology Management from Pepperdine University, and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Redlands. He is a recipient of the National Engineer’s Week Project of the Year Award and the National Shingo Lean Silver Medallion for Operational Excellence.
