Richard Flyer is the author of Birthing the Symbiotic Age: An Ancient Blueprint for a New Creation (2023), published first as an introduction and then as a weekly serial on Substack, accompanied by voice-over chapters available as podcast episodes. His work is grounded in lived experience across the U.S., Sri Lanka, Hawaii, and Europe, shaped by early spiritual awakening, long-term practice, and close collaboration with grassroots movements for social, cultural, and ecological renewal.

With over 40 years of experience experimenting with different forms of community and service, he has spent a lifetime exploring how humans can live and work together in more life-affirming ways. He is currently launching Symbiotic Culture as a global initiative to support local people and bioregions in learning how to practice symbiotic culture and build resilient, regenerative networks and communities.
