Daniel Oser is a former development engineer, inventor, and entrepreneur who spent 25 years bringing technical innovations to market. A pivotal encounter with Zen teacher Williges Jäger confronted him with humanity’s long history of violence and made it clear that retreating into a monastery was not the answer. Life, he realized, must be met “out there,” in the complexity of the world.
Fifteen years ago he turned toward a new calling: supporting personal and societal peace through deep inner work, honest inquiry, and collective practice. Today he accompanies individuals and groups at meaningful turning points in their lives, helping them listen more deeply, cross thresholds, and step into futures shaped by courage, renewal, and responsibility. His work centers on enabling people to co-create a life-giving future with themselves, each other, and the world.
