Christopher Cooke is the founder and Managing Director of 5 Deep Limited and the co-founder of 3LM, the Savory Network hub for the UK & Ireland. Trained in change leadership and systems thinking (MSc, BA) and a Fellow of the RSA, he’s known for applying Spiral Dynamics / integral frameworks to real-world regeneration and Holistic Management. At 3LM he serves as an Accredited Professional of the Savory Institute, educator, field professional, and Ecological Outcome Verifier, with work on rangelands and farms in the UK, Australia, and drought-affected regions. His change practice dates back to the early 1980s, and he’s helped farmers, businesses, and public leaders shift from sustainability to long-term regeneration.
