Abhishek is the founder of The Blue Ribbon Movement, fostering youth leadership and social impact. He has represented global youth at the UN and initiated the South Asian Youth Conference uniting leaders from all SAARC nations. A gold medalist from IIM Bangalore, he has worked with BCG and Hay Group across diverse sectors, and now pursues a PhD at IIT Bombay on leadership and work engagement. An author of three books with over 50k copies sold, he also writes the Laughing Buddha column for Life Positive magazine.
