Jon Freeman spent four decades in corporate IT and organizational development, working across consumer goods, engineering, air transport, and telecoms, and rising to European Director for a multinational firm. Two decades ago he trained intensively with Dr. Don Beck in Spiral Dynamics, a model of human development that spans individual, organizational, and societal scales, and he now teaches and applies it in coaching and organizational facilitation. He also trained in Cindy Wigglesworth’s SQ21 spiritual intelligence system, serving as her first European trainer, and was a founding director of the UK chapter of Conscious Capitalism. He continues organizational work through the consultancy Future Considerations.

Jon writes and speaks on what he calls relational being, exploring the idea that the universe operates through a field of information linking human systems, consciousness, and the natural world. He is the author of several books, including The Science of Possibility, Reinventing Capitalism, and his most recent work, What Makes You YOU.
