Annick de Witt (Ph.D.) is the founding director of Worldview Journeys, and affiliated with Utrecht University as researcher and initiator of the Generative Dialogue Lab at campus. Annick is a published scholar, enthusiastic educator, and nonprofit leader with 20+ years’ experience in sustainability, worldview research, transformative education, and cultural change. She is the creator of the Worldview Test, the Worldview Journey, the Stream of Consciousness (SoC) Practice, and the Human Democratic Capabilities Meta-Map. She is skilled at bridging academic insight with practical application, and fostering creative collaborations across diverse fields and sectors. Annick writes both scientifically and popularly. She is also a passionate speaker and a skilled facilitator, with a background in transformative and contemplative approaches.
